If you're struggling with binge eating or other eating patterns that feel out of your control, don't beat yourself up over it. šŸ½ļø Here's a little insight into why you might be having a hard time finding your eating off-switch.🚦Three primary factors contribute to losing touch with your body's fullness signal which leaves you vulnerable to disordered eating patterns:

1ļøāƒ£ Excessive, unmanaged stress will increase your hunger, food cravings, and the longing for highly stimulating foods.

2ļøāƒ£ A lack of nutrition in your diet makes a hungry brain.

3ļøāƒ£ Not having enough fiber in your meals and snacks can cause blood sugar spikes which become food cravings.

But here's the good news! šŸŽ‰ You can improve your connection to your fullness cues by making these simple lifestyle changes:

āŗļø Adopt stress-reducing practices like meditation, yoga, or stretching. šŸ§˜ā€ā™‚ļøšŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø

āŗļø Include more nutrient-dense and fiber-rich foods in your diet. šŸ„¦šŸ“šŸ„•
