Service Description

Find support and guidance on your journey toward a healthier relationship with food and your body by attending group coaching sessions. Coaching sessions are a powerful addition to taking the YELLOW Mind Eating Recovery Course, offering a dedicated space to put YELLOW Mind concepts into practice to help you more effectively heal your relationship with food and improve body image. Led by coaches and eating specialists Alison Ross, LMFT, CEDS, Lindsay Hall AMFT, Sydney Hafer AMFT APCC, and Nicole Sarradet, AMFT (each of us leads different weekly groups, and once you buy coaching sessions, you can register for the group you want to attend). These coaching sessions provide an environment where you can connect with others and deepen your understanding of the YELLOW Mind course materials. You will learn practical tools and strategies designed to help you build lasting body confidence, overcome disordered eating, and create sustainable, healthy eating patterns. Together, we will explore key subjects vital to your well-being, including: - Body Image - Nutrition - Mindfulness - Self-Care - Sleep - Exercise Join us to create the conditions for a positive and peaceful relationship with eating and your body.
